Hotel Policies & Terms

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and a credit card upon check-in for incidental charges.

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made to the front desk at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to an additional fee (extra cost may apply) up to 2:00 PM. After 2:00 PM, a full night's rate will apply.

2. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Standard Rate: Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's room rate including taxes.

Non-Refundable Rate: Bookings made under non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking. No refunds or modifications are permitted for these reservations.

3. Payment Methods & Deposit

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments are accepted upon check-in, but a valid credit card is still required for pre-authorization of incidental charges.

A security deposit may be pre-authorized on your card upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

4. Smoking & Vaping Policy

Ababeel Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vapes is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and indoor public areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel entrance.

A deep cleaning fee (extra cost may apply) will be charged to any guest found smoking in a non-smoking room or area to cover the cost of restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.

5. Child & Extra Bed Policy

Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 0-5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability.

For children aged 6-12 years, or for an additional adult, an extra bed can be provided (extra cost may apply). Please request this at the time of booking as extra beds are limited.

6. Pet Policy

While we love animals, Ababeel Hotel generally maintains a no-pet policy to ensure the comfort of all guests, particularly those with allergies. However, certified service animals assisting guests with disabilities are always welcome free of charge. Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with a service animal.

7. Guest Conduct & Noise

To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum in hallways and rooms, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund who engage in aggressive, abusive, or unacceptable behavior towards staff or other guests, or who cause damage to hotel property.

8. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property by themselves or their visitors during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items.

The hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal valuables. Safe deposit boxes are provided in every room for your convenience and security.
